Biography

Dr. Frank Papanikolaou is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Toronto. After completing his Medical training at the University of Ottawa, and Urology Residency at the University of Toronto, he went on to complete a two year Pediatric Urology Fellowship at The Hospital for Sick children. He is currently on staff at Sick Kids and Trillium Health Partners.

Dr. Papanikolaou has a passion for Medical Education. He founded the Urology Fellowship Program at Credit Valley Hospital. He has been awarded Teaching Awards from the University of Toronto for acting as a role model and displaying outstanding compassion, understanding and guidance to his students.
